This policy applies to subscription fees paid for BeeSensible organizational plans. It sits alongside the Terms of service. Payments are often collected by our billing provider (for example Paddle), as shown on your order confirmation and invoice; refund timing may follow that provider's payment rails once BeeSensible approves a refund.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial months.
Annual subscriptions
You can cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, no refund is due for the remaining subscription period unless BeeSensible agrees otherwise in writing.
On-Prem plans
The one-time implementation fee (€5,000) is non-refundable after implementation work has begun. The recurring subscription fee follows the same rules as annual subscriptions.
Downgrading
You may move to a lower plan at any time. The change takes effect at the next renewal date. No refund is given for the price difference during the current period.
