This policy covers subscription fees for paid plans. BeeSensible is a business service, so these are commercial terms. It sits alongside our Terms.
The purchase runs through Paddle, our Merchant of Record (Paddle.com Market Ltd, United Kingdom). Paddle is on your order confirmation and invoice, and Paddle's terms apply to your purchase. When we approve a refund, Paddle returns it to your original payment method.
Monthly
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. It stops at the end of the current month. We do not refund part of a month.
Annual
Within 14 days of purchase, you get a full refund on an annual subscription. After that, we do not refund the remaining period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Trial
If a plan includes a trial, you can cancel before it ends and pay nothing. Once the trial runs on, the rules above apply.
Implementation and consulting
One-time fees for implementation or consulting are non-refundable once the work has started.
Moving to a lower plan
You can do this at any time. The change takes effect at the next renewal. We do not refund the price difference for the current period.
Requesting a refund or billing help
Email hello@beesensible.eu with your organisation name, the email on the account, an invoice or order number if you have one, and a short note. For questions about data, invoices, or the DPA, you can also write to trust@beesensible.eu.
