Frequently asked questions
What happens at the end of my trial?
You start without entering payment details, so nothing can be charged during the 14 days. Want to keep going? Then you pick a plan at the end and pay from that point. Do nothing and the trial simply stops.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Yes. You can cancel anytime; your plan then runs to the end of the paid period. Switching between Starter and Business, or to a different module, works from the dashboard and is settled on your next invoice.
What counts as a user?
A licence for one person in your organization. You pick the number of licences at checkout and can add more at any time, up to 99 self-service. Above that, we make a custom quote.
Where does detection run, and what is stored?
Detection runs on BeeSensible's own EU servers, or fully on the user's machine with on-device mode. Text is analysed and discarded; what people write is never stored.
Who handles payment?
Payments and invoices are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Business customers can enter a VAT number at checkout; prices are excl. VAT.
