How an introduction works, from first conversation to payout

Introduce us
As part of a larger engagement, a standalone recommendation or an add-on to a training course. No quotas.

Register the client
Send us the organisation name before you make the introduction. We'll confirm in writing.

We handle the setup
We take care of quotes, technical questions, contracts and onboarding. You keep the privacy and AI conversation you were already having.

You get paid
Your 24-month commission starts on the client's first payment. Monthly overviews, monthly payouts.
Commission and terms
What you earn, and on what terms
Everything a partner wants to know on one page. Anything unclear? Ask, and we'll put it in writing before you make an introduction.
A client counts as referred by you when the introduction is demonstrably yours: through a referral link, a registration or our written confirmation in advance. Always register before the introduction.

FAQ
Common questions
What if a client is already known to BeeSensible?
Then no commission applies. We are open about which organisations we are already approaching. Not sure? Ask us first.
How long does the partner agreement last?
Twelve months, renewed automatically. You can cancel with 60 days' notice before the end of the period. Your commission on clients you already referred stays in place.
Is this an exclusive arrangement?
No. You can offer BeeSensible alongside other products and services.
How involved do I need to be after an introduction?
As involved as you want. Some partners hand the conversation over after the introduction and come back for training or rollout. Others stay at the table for the whole process and keep a permanent role in the client's privacy programme. Either way, your commission and the client relationship stay yours.
How does payment work for lead partners?
The same as for every partner: 30% of net licence revenue, for 24 months, from the client's first payment. The difference is in the work: as a lead partner you run the sales conversation yourself, with our demo environment, materials and technical backup behind you. A signed client counts; there is no payment per lead.
