Starter includes the features of the one module you choose. Accountability reports need Realtime Privacy and AI Governance together, so they come with Business and Enterprise. Everyday sign-in (Google, Microsoft or an email login link) and managed rollout through Microsoft Intune or Group Policy are on every plan; SAML SSO comes with Enterprise.

Frequently asked questions
What happens at the end of my trial?
You start without entering payment details, so nothing can be charged during the 14 days. Want to keep going? Pick a plan at the end and you pay from then on. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Yes. You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs until the end of the paid period. You can switch between Starter and Business, or to a different module, in the dashboard; the difference is settled on your next invoice.
What counts as a user?
One licence for one person in your organisation. You choose the number of licences at checkout and can add more at any time, up to 99 through self-service. Above that, we'll put together a custom quote.
Where does detection run, and what is stored?
Detection runs on BeeSensible's own servers, hosted by two European providers without a US parent company: Scaleway in Amsterdam and Hetzner in Germany. Text is analysed in working memory and then discarded; what people write is never stored.
Who handles payment?
Paddle, our Merchant of Record, handles payments and invoices. Business customers can enter a VAT number at checkout; prices exclude VAT.
