Sociaal Professional by Wendy is a training and advisory practice for the social sector. Founder Wendy Dikken helps professionals and organisations working within the Youth Act (Jeugdwet) framework to act carefully, accountably, and confidently in complex situations. Her approach always connects the legal framework to day-to-day practice. Alongside her training work, Wendy wrote the workbook Ambtelijk Professional – working with heart and boundaries.
