Which regulations BeeSensible is designed to support, and where the certifications sit.
BeeSensible supports compliance with privacy regulation. It does not ensure compliance. The customer is the data controller and remains responsible for their own obligations.
Aligned regulation
The product is designed to align with:
- GDPR
- HIPAA
- PCI DSS
- FERPA

Certifications
BeeSensible runs on ISO 27001 certified EU infrastructure: Scaleway and Hetzner.
