Controller, processor, and the 10-user rule
Who is responsible for what, and the hardcoded threshold that keeps reports anonymous.
Analytics
Detection activity across your organisation.
BeeSensible is built to support privacy regulation, not to ensure compliance. Compliance is the customer's responsibility. We provide the tooling and the contractual basis.
Roles
The customer is the data controller. BeeSensible is the processor. A signed processing agreement is in place with every customer. The product DPIA is available on request.
Aggregation threshold
The dashboard does not display statistics for any group smaller than 10 active users. The threshold applies at team level and at organization level. It is hardcoded in the system and cannot be turned off. This makes individual users non-identifiable in reports by design.
Not for workplace surveillance
BeeSensible is intended to help users avoid leaking sensitive data. It is not a tool for performance review, ranking staff, or hidden monitoring. The 10-user threshold is part of how that intent is enforced.
