The weekly digest email: your own counts, top sites, and top data types. Never the text you typed.

The weekly digest is a short email that sums up your own BeeSensible activity. It is personal: only you receive it, and it reflects what you saw, not what your team did.

When it arrives

The digest is sent once a week, on Friday at 10:00 in your own timezone.

What it contains

  • How many detections you saw this week, and how many were critical.
  • Your top sites and top data types for the week.
  • A comparison with the week before, so you can see the trend.

It never contains the text you typed or the values that were detected, only counts and categories.

Turn it on or off

The digest is opt-in. You can switch it on or off in two places:

  • In your Account settings.
  • In the extension or desktop app settings.

Every digest email also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, so you can stop it in one click.

Why it is useful

The digest is a small, regular moment of awareness. Without opening any dashboard, you get a sense of how often sensitive data comes up in your day and whether you are handling it. For most people that gentle reminder is enough to build the habit.
