Does BeeSensible read messages?
The extension analyzes text from supported input fields to detect sensitive data. The full text is not stored as an analytics record.
Does BeeSensible block sending messages?
No. BeeSensible highlights sensitive data and leaves the choice to the user.
Why does BeeSensible flag something that is not sensitive?
Detection is based on models and patterns. Text that looks like sensitive data can be highlighted, even if it is not risky in that context. If the same kind of alert keeps coming back, adjust the detection profile.
Installation and access
A user did not receive an invitation email.
Ask the user to check spam. Send the invitation again if the email did not arrive.
The extension icon does not appear after installation.
Click the extensions icon in Chrome or Edge and pin BeeSensible.
For admins
Where do I manage apps and profiles?
Everything lives under Detection Profiles. A profile sets the detection settings, and inside it, Where this profile applies picks the apps that use it. Unassigned apps keep the Default profile.
Where does feedback go?
Feedback from the extension may be sent to BeeSensible support channels, including the message, page URL, browser information, and user information from the login.
