From a fresh organisation to a protected pilot group: the setup wizard, the Default profile, inviting, and checking that it works.

Monitor sensitive-data detections across your team
This is the shortest path from a fresh organisation to a pilot group that is actually protected. Keep the dashboard open next to this page and work through the steps top to bottom.

A new organisation opens on the wizard Set up your organisation; the regular dashboard appears once you finish it. The wizard is a handful of short steps:

Everything in the wizard can be changed later. Coaching has one requirement: pick at least one allowed tool, or coaching cannot be switched on.
Review the Default profile
Open Realtime Privacy → Profiles in the menu. The profile with the Default badge applies to every app without its own profile, so nothing is ever left uncovered.
Open it and check which data types are on and at which level: Standard shows a yellow highlight, Critical a red one. If certain apps need stricter or quieter detection, create a profile of your own and assign the apps inside it.

Click your name at the bottom left of the sidebar, choose Organisation, and click Invite members. Paste the addresses of your pilot group, pick the Member role, and send. Start small: a team that handles a lot of sensitive data teaches you the most.

The invitation email carries the store links for Chrome and Edge. Signing in works with a Google or Microsoft account, or with the work email address: in that case the member receives a sign-in link by email and never needs a password.
Someone stays on Pending
Send a reminder from the members list: Actions → Send install reminder. That works once per 24 hours per member. If the email never arrives, ask IT to allow mail from BeeSensible.
Check Insights after the first week
Open Realtime Privacy → Insights: detections per platform, the most detected data types, and what happened to them before sending. Use those first numbers to tune profiles before you roll out wider.
Managed devices
If you deploy with Microsoft Intune or another device management tool, there is a dedicated route: the extension installs by itself and employees sign in with their work account, without installing or typing anything.
