Quick start for admins
Get a small group up and running with BeeSensible in about 30 minutes.
This is the short path to a working pilot. It assumes you have an admin account and access to the admin dashboard at app.beesensible.eu. If you do not, contact your BeeSensible account manager or hello@beesensible.eu.

Step 1: Sign in
Sign in at app.beesensible.eu with the admin account you were issued.
Step 2: Pick your apps
Open Apps in the sidebar. The BeeSensible-managed list covers common AI tools. Enable the apps your team uses and disable the ones they do not.
For each enabled app, assign a detection profile. The default profile is a sensible baseline.
Step 3: Invite a small pilot group
Open Users, click Invite users, and add a handful of email addresses. Five to ten people from a high-risk team (HR, finance, legal, or a clinical team) gives you the most useful early signal.
Pick the User role for regular employees and Admin for people who manage the workspace.
Each person gets an invitation email with a link to install the extension.
Step 4: Watch the dashboard for a week
Open Analytics. The dashboard does not show statistics for groups smaller than 10 active users, so the pilot group needs at least 10 active users before per-team breakdowns appear. Until then, organization-wide totals are visible.
Look at:
- Total detections per app.
- The handled rate (how often users acted on a detection).
- Which categories get flagged most often.
Use what you find to tune detection profiles before rolling out to the rest of the organization.
