Inviting your team
Invite many people at once, set one role for the whole batch, and see the outcome per address.
Getting your team onto BeeSensible takes a few minutes. You invite in bulk, choose one role for the whole batch, and the recipients take it from there, straight from the email.
Open the invite dialog
Click your name at the bottom left of the sidebar, choose Organisation, and click Invite members above the members list.
Add the addresses
Fill in the Email addresses field in whatever form you have them:
- paste a whole list and press Enter; commas, semicolons, spaces, and line breaks all work as separators
- type them one by one
- click Import CSV and pick a file
Each address becomes a chip you can remove individually. Duplicates are dropped automatically, and invalid addresses are flagged and skipped. There is no per-person form.
Pick the role for the batch
Role
| Role | What it means |
|---|---|
| Member | Uses the browser extension and signs in with Google, Microsoft, or an email sign-in link. No dashboard access. |
| Admin | Manages the organisation from the dashboard and receives an email to set a password. |
The role applies to everyone in this batch; you can change it per person later from the members list. Preview email shows the exact email that goes out. Its language follows the Default language in the organisation settings.
Check the seats and send
The dialog shows how many seats are still available; every new member counts as one right away. If you are short, a button lets you buy seats without leaving the dialog. Then click Invite.
What the recipient receives
Members get an invitation email with the store links for Chrome and Edge. If your organisation uses local detection, the desktop app comes first in the email as a required step, with download links for Mac and Windows.
Signing in works two ways: with a Google or Microsoft account, or by entering the work email address. In that case the member receives a sign-in link by email; no password is needed.
Admins receive the welcome email plus a separate email to set their password.
After you send
Invited members show as Pending in the members list until they sign in for the first time; then the status moves to Active, with a check mark for each client (Edge, Chrome, Desktop) where they activated BeeSensible. No seat sits idle unnoticed.
Someone has done nothing after a few days
Send a reminder from the members list: Actions → Send install reminder. That works once per 24 hours per member; the dashboard enforces that limit itself. If no email arrives at all, ask IT to allow mail from BeeSensible.
