Inviting your team
Invite many people at once, set their role in the same step, and let them install from the email.
Getting your team onto BeeSensible is meant to be a two-minute job. You invite people in bulk, choose one role for the batch, and they take it from there.
Invite in bulk
Open Invite members and add addresses in whatever form you have them:
- paste a list of emails, separated by commas, spaces, or new lines
- type them one by one
- upload a CSV
Each address becomes a chip you can remove if you added one by mistake. There is no per-person form to fill in.
Set the role once
Choose a role for the whole batch:
- Member: uses the extension and desktop app. No dashboard access.
- Admin: manages the dashboard, policy, detection profiles, and the team.
You can change anyone's role later from the members list.
Send
BeeSensible checks the addresses, uses one seat per new member, and sends each person an invitation email with an Install BeeSensible button that opens the right extension page for their browser. You see a per-address result, so you know which invites were created, which were already members, and which need another look.
After they accept
New members sign in with Google or Microsoft, install the extension, and are linked to your organisation automatically. Their status shows as Pending until they activate, so no seat sits idle unnoticed. See Users, roles, and seats for managing people after they join.
