Users, roles, and seats
Invite users, assign roles, manage licence seats, and offboard people who leave.
Organisation
Manage your organisation name, seats, and team members.
User management runs through the admin dashboard and organization login. An admin can invite users, remove users, and reset credentials where needed.
Roles
There are two roles:
- User: uses the extension and sees highlights while working.
- Admin: manages users, detection profiles, app settings, analytics, and organization settings.
Only assign the admin role to people who need to manage BeeSensible.
Invite users
- Open Users.
- Click Invite users.
- Enter one or more email addresses.
- Choose the role.
- Send the invitation.
Each invited user receives a BeeSensible email with instructions to get started.
Seats
Seats are tracked per organization. Contact BeeSensible if you are approaching your seat limit.
