You manage your team on the Organisation page: click your name at the bottom left of the sidebar and choose Organisation. It shows the members list, with each member's role, status, and the clients where BeeSensible is activated.

Roles

  • Member: uses the browser extension and the desktop app. No dashboard access.
  • Admin: invites and manages team members, creates and assigns detection profiles, views insights, and manages billing.

Promoting a member goes through Actions → Make admin; you choose whether a welcome email goes out, and you can preview that email first. Change to member reverses it at any time.

Per-member actions

Open the menu via the three dots in the Actions column. Which actions appear depends on the member.

The actions menu

ActionWhat happens
Resend invitationSends the invitation email again; only shown for members still on Pending
Send install reminderReminder email for anyone who has not activated any client yet; works once per 24 hours per member
Make admin / Change to memberSwitches the role
Sign out everywhereRevokes all sessions: every signed-in browser, extension, and desktop app is back at the sign-in screen on its next refresh. The account itself is untouched; signing in again works right away
Remove memberRemoves the member from the organisation

Seats

A seat counts per member of your organisation; a member still on Pending counts too. The counter sits at the top of the Organisation page, for example "8 of 10 seats used".

  • Buying more: click Get more seats. Your subscription updates immediately; extra seats are charged pro rata for the current billing period and are part of every renewal from then on. Self-service works up to 99 licenses in total; beyond that, get in touch.
  • Work sign-in: with a connected identity provider, new employees join the moment they first sign in. The number of used seats can grow without you inviting anyone.
  • Going over: if you use more seats than you have, nobody is locked out. The dashboard asks you to get in touch to update the subscription.

When someone leaves

Choose Actions → Remove member. If you want running sessions to stop immediately, for example on a shared device, use Sign out everywhere first.

For the inviting flow itself, see Inviting your team.
