User management runs through the admin dashboard and organization login. An admin can invite users, remove users, and reset credentials where needed.

#Roles

There are two roles:

• User: uses the extension and sees highlights while working.
• Admin: manages users, detection profiles, app settings, analytics, and organization settings.

Only assign the admin role to people who need to manage BeeSensible.

#Invite users

1. Open Users.
2. Click Invite users.
3. Enter one or more email addresses.
4. Choose the role.
5. Send the invitation.

Each invited user receives a BeeSensible email with instructions to get started.

#Seats

Seats are tracked per organization. Contact BeeSensible if you are approaching your seat limit.
