Users, roles, and seats
Invite users, assign roles, manage licence seats, and offboard people who leave.
Organisation
Manage your organisation name, seats, and team members.
User management lives in the admin dashboard at app.beesensible.eu, under Users.
Roles
There are two roles:
- User: installs the extension, sees their own detections, and acts on them. No dashboard access.
- Admin: full dashboard access, including user management, detection configuration, and analytics.
Assign Admin only to people who configure detection or review analytics.
Inviting users
- Open Users.
- Click Invite users.
- Enter one or more email addresses.
- Pick the role.
- Click Send invitations.
Each invited person receives a BeeSensible email with a link to install the extension.
If invitations are not arriving, ask your IT team to allow the beesensible.eu sending domain through the email security gateway.
Changing a user's role
Open the user, click the menu, and pick a new role. Role changes take effect on the user's next extension sync.
Removing a user
When someone leaves, open them in Users and click Remove user. Their extension stops working at the next sync. Detection metadata is retained per the data retention policy: maximum 24 months, rolling, and is included in aggregate reporting subject to the 10-user threshold.
Seats
The Users header shows seats used out of seats available. If you are near your limit, contact hello@beesensible.eu.
