Subscription and billing
View your plan, add licences, get invoices, cancel, and what happens to your data afterwards.
Everything about your plan sits under Billing & subscription in the menu. It shows the current plan, its status, and the button through to your invoices.

Every plan starts with 14 days free, with all modules and no payment details. During the trial you can use Turn modules on or off to try which combination fits. Choose no plan at the end and access simply stops; nothing is charged, because you never handed over payment details.
Licences
A licence is a seat for one person in your organisation. You pick the number at checkout and can add more at any time. Up to 99 licences is self-service; above that we quote individually. See pricing for the plans and what they include.
Invoices and payment details
The purchase runs through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Manage billing & invoices opens Paddle's environment, where you collect invoices and change your payment details. Paddle also appears on your order confirmation and invoice.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew. Until that date the dashboard shows that the plan is set to cancel on that date, and Undo cancellation takes it back.
