Organisation settings
Which settings decide what BeeSensible measures and shows, from team insights and default language to Accountability, department insights and evaluation mode.
On the Organisation page, below the members list, is the Settings block. The choices in that block apply to your whole organisation and decide what BeeSensible measures and what the dashboard shows you of it. The policy for employees, such as notices, masking and detection profiles, is not here but under Policy in the menu.

Team insights decides whether anything is measured at all. When this setting is off, the clients send no detection events and the screens under Insights stay empty.
Accountability dashboard turns on the Accountability menu item. It requires the Realtime Privacy and AI Governance modules; what the page shows is described in Accountability: what the figures show. You also switch the modules themselves on or off here. Which modules your plan includes is explained in Subscription and billing.
Figures and departments
Because figures about a very small group can quickly say something about individual employees, BeeSensible only shows usage figures once your organisation has five active users. An active user is a member who has signed in to the extension or the desktop app; people who were invited but never started do not count. While you are below that threshold, the counters stay empty and a card explains why. Which AI tools have been seen, and which are new, does stay visible at all times, as does the members list. If your organisation later drops below five again, the earlier figures are hidden too.
Five is the minimum. You can raise the threshold with the minimum group size; only evaluation mode can lower it.
When you switch Department insights on, the screens under Insights get a card per department. The server adds the department when an event comes in and does not store whose event it was. Departments smaller than the Minimum department size (5 by default) are combined under Other, and a department filter only works over a period of at least 7 days.
Evaluation mode
Evaluation mode is intended for pilots with a small group. It allows the minimum group size to go below five, including for the figures of the whole organisation. BeeSensible logs who switched it on and when. Because figures in a small group can be traced back to individuals, turning it on is a decision for the controller, the organisation that determines what the data is used for. Discuss it with your data protection officer or works council first.
Deleting the organisation
Delete organisation is at the bottom of the page. After a 30-day grace period, the organisation and all its data are permanently deleted. Members keep their personal accounts but no longer have access to this organisation. Invoices are kept, because the law requires it.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first with Manage billing & invoices, because the deletion does not go through while the subscription is running.
Choose Delete organisation
A confirmation dialog opens that sets out the consequences of the deletion.
Type the organisation name
To confirm, the dialog asks for the exact name of your organisation.
Schedule the deletion
The page now shows Organisation scheduled for deletion, with the date on which it will happen. Until that date you can reverse the deletion with Cancel deletion.
