Subscription and billing
How to view your plan, add licences, get invoices and cancel, and what happens to your organisation's data afterwards.
Under Billing & subscription in the menu you can see which plan your organisation has and what its status is. On the same page you change your plan and open your invoices. This article also describes what happens when you cancel.

Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial, with all modules and no credit card. During that time you can use Turn modules on or off to try out which combination suits your organisation. If you do not choose a plan at the end of the trial, access stops by itself. Nothing is charged, because you have not given any payment details.
After the trial, your plan decides which modules you keep. Starter includes one module of your choice and Business includes all modules. On this page you switch your Starter module or upgrade to Business.
Licences
A licence is a seat for one person. You choose the number of licences at checkout and can add more at any time. You can arrange up to 99 licences yourself; for more, we give you a quote. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page.
Invoices and payment details
You buy BeeSensible through Paddle, which acts as our reseller (Merchant of Record). That is why Paddle's name appears on your order confirmation and invoice. Manage billing & invoices opens Paddle's portal, where you download invoices and change your payment details.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your plan then runs until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed after that. Until that date the dashboard shows when the plan ends, and you can reverse the cancellation with Undo cancellation.
